At our repair service, we strive to provide a quick turnaround time for most repairs. When you bring or send in your device, we aim to complete the repair on the same day (excluding water damage treatment and diagnosis). Once the repair is complete, we will send your device back to you on the same day it arrives. Depending on the type of delivery you select, you can expect to receive your repaired device on the following day.

At our company, we place a high value on the privacy and security of our customers’ payment information. As a result, we do not keep any card details on our system. In order to make additional payments, we send our customers an email with payment details, ensuring that their information is kept safe and secure.

If your device is considered unrepairable or the cost of repairing it is not economically viable, we will charge you a diagnosis fee or a water damage repair fee unless we have previously discussed and agreed upon the fee cost. 

If you choose the wrong repair service, there’s no need to fret. We’ll contact you to discuss your specific needs.

Our guarantee ensures that any parts we replace are covered for 90 days. If the equipment fails again due to the same part failure within 90 days, we will repair it at no extra cost.

We request your passcode for the time of repairs, as some essential diagnostic tests and repairs cannot be performed without access to the device. For example, diagnosing or treating water damage requires access to the device. However, if you are unsure about this, you can wipe the phone and reset it to its factory settings  or temporarily remove certain apps from your device before sending it to us for repair. You can re-download the removed apps after the repair process is completed.

We understand that your personal data, privacy, and confidentiality are of utmost importance to you, and rightfully so. Therefore, we want to assure you that when you bring your device to us for repair, no personal or business data is ever touched or compromised in any way. We take data protection very seriously and have been certified by the Information Commissioner’s Office since 2012, with our license renewed annually. So, you can rest easy knowing that your data and privacy are in safe hands with us.

It’s crucial for you to be aware that when you opt for a repair process, your data will remain unaffected. So, you don’t have to worry about losing any essential data or files. However, in some cases, your data may contain errors or faulty files, which might be the root cause of the device malfunctioning. In such a scenario, we will contact you and seek your permission before removing such data or files to ensure that you are well-informed and involved in the process.

If the Face ID feature was working correctly before the repair, it is unlikely that replacing the screen will cause any issues with it. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the Face ID sensors are incredibly delicate and susceptible to damage during an impact. If the sensors were not damaged during the initial impact, then the Face ID should continue to work seamlessly after the screen is replaced.

If you are considering a battery replacement for your device and wondering if the battery health feature will still be available afterwards, here’s what you need to know. The availability of the battery health feature depends on the type of battery installation you choose. When placing your order for a battery replacement, you can select the option that includes the battery health feature if you want to have access to it after the replacement.

Orders and Shipping

If you are looking to book a repair with us, we have two options available for your convenience. Firstly, if you are local to the area, we would be delighted to welcome you to our shop at 62a High Street, Corby, NN171UU. Our shop is open from 9am to 5pm during the week, and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. You do not need to book an appointment in advance, and can visit us at your convenience.

 
Alternatively, if you are unable to visit us in person, we offer an efficient postal service. To book a postal repair with us, simply visit our website and follow the instructions to book your repair. Once you have booked your repair, we will send you an order number and simple instructions on how to post your device to us. We will keep you updated in real-time on the progress of your repair, and will post your device back to you as soon as it’s ready.

At our company, we understand the importance of ensuring the safety of all devices during the shipping process. While we take every possible precaution to prevent any damage, there may be instances where a device gets damaged in transit. If you happen to receive a damaged device, it’s essential to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To do so, please take pictures of the damage and send them to us at office@iphonespecialist.co.uk. Also, make sure to keep the packaging for future reference. You can be assured that we will respond promptly to your message and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order with us and wish to modify or cancel it, you can do so before the work you ordered is completed. Once the work has been started, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Creating an account is not mandatory for availing of our repair services. In fact, we maintain all the necessary information related to your repair under a unique order number. Kindly quote this order number whenever you need to contact us regarding your repair status or any other related queries.

If you want to modify your shipping address, we have a simple process in place. To help you stay informed about the status of your order, we have developed a special updates system. Whenever there is a change in the status of your order, you will receive an email notification with the latest information about your repair. This way, you can keep track of your order in real-time and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates. Please ensure that the email address you provide us with is correct to receive these important notifications.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery method for a parcel that has not yet been sent, we have a solution for you. Please feel free to contact our customer service team at office@iphonespecialist.co.uk and inform them about the desired upgrade. Our team will then guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information.

When it comes to posting your device to us, you have the freedom to choose the postal service that best suits you. However, we highly recommend using the Royal Mail recorded post as it offers several benefits. This service allows you to track the location of your parcel at any time, and its value is covered by insurance in the event of loss or damage. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that your device is in safe hands and will be delivered to us securely.

When your device is repaired, we will ship it back to you using Royal Mail recorded post. This is our preferred method to ensure that the parcel is delivered to you safely and promptly.
