How it works
1. Choose your iDevice repair
Select your model from the menu and choose your repair. Once found please add this to the basket and proceed to the register page. If you cannot find your repair please call on 01536 628 201 or choose
DIAGNOSIS
2. Complete payment securely online
You will then be emailed an invoice with reference number and address. Please send your iDevice with your passcode (or remove it before sending) to this address with reference number.
Once registered you can make payment for the repair with debit or credit card or Paypal account.
3. Send iDevice for repair
Remove your sim card and package the iDevice securely in a padded bag with bubble wrap or in a box and send by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
4. We fix and test your iDevice to you
Once iDevice is received our specialists will complete repair and check your iDevice before returning to you.
5. We return repaired iDevice
Once iDevice repair is complete we will package safely and return to you by 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) or, if you wish Royal Mail Special Delivery.
